These sales conditions (hereinafter "Conditions") regulate the relationship between Mindgod s.r.o. (hereinafter "Provider") and customers (hereinafter "Customer") who purchase products or services provided by the Provider. Our main goal is to provide specialized tools and services for women with ADHD, helping them better manage daily life and reach their full potential.

2. Subject of Sale

The subject of sale is a unique platform with a personalized AI model trained on the specific problems of people with ADHD. The platform also includes support tools such as an emotion tracker, step divider, project assistant, and other features designed to meet the individual needs of each user. The first version of the platform will include basic "life hack" and "AI tool" modules, including a unique AI language model.

3. Target Group

Our products and services are primarily intended for women with ADHD who have been diagnosed later in life or are still struggling with the symptoms of this condition. Our goal is to provide them with tools to help them live better and compensate for the specific needs of their brain.

4. Campaign Goals

Our goal is to raise $30,000 for the development and launch of a fully-fledged first version of the platform within two months of receiving the required amount. This is not a public campaign in the traditional sense. Our goal is to reach specific ADHD communities, especially in the USA, and offer them tools created by people with ADHD for people with ADHD.
